I love the table of contents with the different categories. Yeah, Seafood!! I had planned to make prawns for dinner tonight, and I quickly found a fun and easy recipe: Sheet Pan Lemon Shrimp with Broccoli. It was delicious, super fast, and full of flavor—deserving of 5 stars! The book is user-friendly, filled with wonderful, inspiring pictures, and well-organized. This evening, I look forward to sitting down with a cup of tea and reading it cover to cover! This is a book that will be used often.

As for the nine favorites things, originally this post was much smaller and just 9 favorites. Today, it has grown into so much more and I love sharing even more favorites! I love the original name, so I’m sticking with it! It was just an evolution over time!
