My Favorite Healthy Recipes for 2025. Today, we’re sharing My Favorite Healthy Recipes to make and love in 2025. I’ve included all of my favorites – everything from breakfast to lunch, to dinner, to desserts. These recipes will leave you feeling good bout what you ate, but most importantly, they’ll taste delicious!
Like every year, I’m excited to start January off with fresh recipes and so much deliciousness. I’d love to hear which of these recipes are your personal favorites and which ones you make on repeat!
I’ll be the first one to admit that January can be a difficult month. The thought of sticking to “New Year’s resolutions can be daunting, and it’s always sad to have the holidays behind. That sparkle and flutter of excitement that December brings won’t be back for 11 more months, but remember, that’s what makes it so special.
But just because everyone is setting goals and sometimes unrealistic standards doesn’t mean you have to follow suit. January doesn’t need to be so ridged and miserable – let’s make it fun!
The kitchen can be a place to come home to and get lost in a new recipe. Or maybe it’s an old recipe you already know you love. The kitchen can be both nourishing and cozy at the same time. For our family, it’s everything in moderation. No restricting or following any crazy diets. But everyone is different, and you need to do what’s best for you. For me, this means creating recipes using real ingredients sourced from high-quality farms. I think we often forget that the sources of our food matter too, not just the calories or the fat!
This January, I’m so excited to share a new lineup of recipes that feel and taste wonderful this time of year. I love balance, I love color, and we all know I really love a cozy dinner. Expect to see new rice bowls, sheet pan dinners, salads, so many soups (it’s been cold and snowy – I’ve already made 3!), and warm and cozy baked treats too!
This is our 9th January of sharing nutrient-rich, wholesome, and cozy recipes. It’s become a month I think everyone really enjoys.
My big focus for 2024 was more protein. I feel like I achieved that. I’ve enjoyed using more meats: beef, chicken, and pork, and even some venison and bison too. It sparked new creativity, which I loved!
For 2025, I’ll still be using lots of protein, but more than anything, my goal is simply to create recipes with my “Tieghan” twist. Hopefully, I can find ways to put a new twist on favorites that will make us all love them even more!
I think this will be a year of creativity for me, and it feels so exciting! Back to my 2012 roots!
Are there any recipes you’d be especially excited to see?

Why don’t you use proteins like seafood (something other than salmon) or legumes or tofu more often?
I couldn’t find any of your bison or venison recipes from 2024.
I am trying to figure out if this post is a joke or you really think this a collection of healthy recipes.
What was the criteria for choosing these “healthy” recipes? Many of the main dishes listed are high in fat and calories. Your stove top mac and cheese has 3 cups of cheese, 3 oz of cream cheese and 4 tbsp of butter. What is healthy about this? You also included a large selection of sweets and desserts which are not nutrient dense foods.
I believe that all foods can fit into a healthy diet and moderation is key but to title this list of recipes as “healthy” is very misleading and also very confusing. Could you please explain how these dishes are healthy?
But Ken, according to the recipe, one person would not be consuming 3 cups of cheese. The recipe is written for 6 servings. That would be 1/2 c cheese, 1/2 oz cream cheese, and less than 1 Tb of butter- all within the recommended guide lines for daily consumption.
True, a person should plan ahead and figure their daily intake accordingly- perhaps a salad for lunch if you’re going to eat Mac and Cheese for dinner?
Hi T!
I hope your trip to Austria was full of great memories with your family!
I noticed you said “My big focus for 2024 was more protein. I feel like I achieved that. I’ve enjoyed using more meats: beef, chicken, and pork, and even some venison and bison too.”
Could you point me in the direction of your venison & bison recipes? I searched the site but couldn’t find them & I’d like to try them! xX
Holy ads. I tried swapping browsers twice and the page still crashed before I could get 1/3 of the way down the page. I get that’s how you make your money, but yikes.
No problem here!
The most incredible collection of recipes I have seen. This list is sheer brilliance. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The time and effort you put into compiling this is so very appreciated. Cannot wait to get started on them.
Aww, thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind message and hope you love any of the recipes that you try! Happy New Year! xx
Hi Deandre,
