Nine Favorite Things.

The countdown is on! Just a few shopping days left and per usual I’m last minute shopping! But as Asher says, “don’t worry Tieg, you’re the queen of overnight shipping!”. That girl knows me too well!

I’m currently in Chicago, but by Sunday, I will be home! Which sounds so nice. I can’t wait to finish decorating my Christmas tree, to finally get my cookie boxes made, and to have a Christmas night with Asher before the craziness begins!

I’m a little overwhelmed but mostly just excited! It’s been one of the craziest months but the most exciting at the same time. I’m sad the end is near! Meeting so many of you has indeed been the most wonderful gift. The community we have is truly so kind. We’ve had so many amazing nights!

This week, Nashville welcomed me with the biggest hug!! We had a packed store at the Crate & Barrel in Green Hills. We allotted 3 hours for this signing because we had such a fun and special guest, Kristen Cavallari. We’ve known each other for a while now, so it was great to banter back and forth. She is the most entertaining and kind human. Sharing lots of photos below!

Then it was on to Chicago, where we had a Christmas dinner complete with friends, carolers (yes, carolers!), and an entire menu using recipes from Quick & Cozy! It was such a beautiful, special, and magical night – I loved it! 

Many late nights and early mornings, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I feel pretty lucky to have so many of you all showing up and supporting HBH every single day! It’s such a gift!

This week will be spent at home! Doing everything CHRISTMAS CHEER!! Tis the most magical and special time of the year! Hoping you all are enjoying the season!

1. Things i’m Loving, Wanting, and Excited to try.

hosting…with Studio McGee. Just in case you missed it last week, I hosted a dinner with Shea. We made a Cheese Board perfect for entertaining and my beef  brisket from the Quick and Cozy cookbook. Shea welcomed me to Utah and we had such a wonderful time together! I am so excited to share this!

for mom…I know she would love this Varley Quilt Fleece Jacket. The red color is really cute, and it’s cozy! Also so cozy is this J.Crew cashmere oversized crewneck sweater. She’d LOVE it. 

everything in my cart (low)…Zara, of course, has the best holiday looks right now. Velvet is trending, and I love this velvet bow dress. I’d wear it with tights and then these slingback pumps. The matching velvet top is really cute too. The green shade is very festive! Or try a velvet skirt! And lastly, here’s a cute velvet body suit from Mango. 

Wait…two more Zara favs. These are great suede boots, and so are these slippers. 

dreaming of going…Visit Italy by La Dolce Vita Orient Express train. Such a cute way to see Italy. I bet it’s beautiful and so festive this time of year! 

traveling…with Huzi Infinity Pillow – Travel Neck Pillow. Literally just saw these ordered in our Amazon cart. My mom bought them for almost everyone. They look cozy and comfy and will make a great Christmas gift for anyone who travels often!

loving…50 Holiday Nail Ideas to Show Your Nail Artist. These are such cute and festive ideas!

everything in my cart (beauty)…this is a splurge for the holidays, but I really want to try this Therabody Theraface Mask. Not only is this a red light mask, but it’s supposed to massage the face at the same time. That sounds pretty wonderful. 

I will be adding these to stockings: my go-to face cleanser, the IS Clinical cleansing complex, this setting spray is a favorite among makeup artists, and I was recently gifted this YSL lipstick for Christmas, and I LOVE it. The packaging is so cute, but the actual lipstick is so good. I’ve been wearing it a lot. 

watching…A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter. Have you watched this yet? I feel like everyone has been recommending it! I’m going to watch it while wrapping gifts! 

something fun…Plan A Christmas Movie Night To Find Out Which Holiday Icon You Are. Hmmm, I got Kevin. I’m not sure that fits me – who did you get?!
